June English has been a licensed aesthetician since 1997 and has owned her own business for 18 years. She loves what she does and her clients immediately sense that. In fact, some of them have been going to her business – Professional Skin Care Choices, LLC – for 14 or 15 years.

“I am proud to have an established clientele, which means I get many new clients through word of mouth and with all the new people moving to town, I have been very busy,” English said.

After all those years of evaluating skin, suggesting corrective treatments and recommending products, she is ready to retire and would like to sell her business to someone who would enjoy it as much as she has.  English wants to do some traveling and work in her flower garden as well as maybe getting more serious about her photography.

Her studio at 1247 Central Avenue, Suite 207 (above the Karen Wray Gallery) carries Physicians Care Alliance products, which are known worldwide, carried by many dermatologists’ offices and English says pretty much sell themselves.

English’s services include chemical peels, microdermabrasion and microchanneling.  English also does customized facials, waxing, and makeup application. Dr. Haley Ritchie provides Botox service by appointment at English’s location.

Microchanneling is a non-invasive procedure that stimulates the skin to generate collagen and elastin that make it healthy. Microdermabrasion treatments use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand the skin to treat light scarring, sun damage and more.

“It’s a nice little business and I’m looking for a buyer that would take it over because I don’t want to abandon ship and not have someone here to replace me,” English said. The buyer would have all the inventory and equipment needed to start their business or hire someone else to run it for them.

“I’m willing to train the buyer in how the business currently runs and how I do things. Currently, I only work three days a week, but the business has the potential to be full-time depending on how ambitious the buyer is,” she said. “It would be perfect for a graduating aesthetician.”
