The United Church Spring break Mexico Mission added two more houses to the 100+ they have built over a span of decades for needy families in Mexico.  Lead primarily by Laura and Randy Erickson and Youth Pastor Keith Lewis, many youth and adults have dedicated their Spring Breaks to helping Mexican families in need of adequate housing.

This Sunday at The United Church is Mexico Mission Sunday, when the youth and adults who built this year’s houses will share their experiences. During the worship service at 9:30am, some will share and Youth Pastor Keith Lewis will bring the message, “Called to Love, Called to Serve”. The scripture reading is from the Gospel of John 13:34-35.

At 11 a.m. during the Sunday School hour in Graves Hall the crew will share slides and more experiences. Everyone is welcome at both the 9:30am worship service and the 11:00 presentation.
