FREEDOM CHURCH NEWS RELEASE
The community is invited to celebrate Easter Sunday, April 9 at Aspen Elementary School with Freedom Church in Los Alamos.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be able to celebrate Easter with a jam-packed weekend of events.” explained Pastor Mike Brake.
The fun kicks off on Saturday, April 8 Ashley Pond at 10:00 AM with giant inflatables, games, prizes, a raffle, wildfire day, and the 20,000 Easter egg hunt beginning at 11:00 AM. On Sunday there will be a very special celebration at Aspen School starting at 11:00 AM for everyone. Freedom Church Kids Director, Seth Evans, elaborated that, “Kids 6th grade and under will have a blast with activities designed specifically for them on Easter Sunday.”
“So many people don’t feel like they belong, or that they have value,” explained Pastor Mike. “Whether you join in-person or hop on the livestream, at Freedom Church Los Alamos we do everything we can to provide a relaxed environment where people feel welcomed and valued, and we even add some fun.”
