What’s happening at SALA Event Center this week? We’ve got a fantastic lineup of events that are sure to entertain and engage you. Here’s a brief overview of what’s going on:

On Wednesday, April 5, we’re thrilled to announce the national release day of the new animated film based on the world of Super Mario Bros. produced by Illumination and Nintendo. Join us for two showings of the movie at 3 pm and 6 pm and follow Mario and his friends on an epic adventure. 

But that’s not all! Wednesdays are dedicated to our After School and After Work programs. From 1 pm to 5 pm, kids of all ages can enjoy an upgraded arcade room, play on the big screen, engage in board games, and explore virtual reality in the lobby. We also have delicious pizza and concessions available for purchase.

 After Work is a time for adults to unwind, socialize, and participate in games like Jack Box and trivia. We have also invited local game shops to collaborate and bring new games and events to this program. So come on down and have some fun!

On Thursday, April 6, we’re excited to present the next installment of our Parallel Cinema series. Join us at 6 pm for “The Sanctity of Space,” a fascinating film that explores the connection between space and the environment. Get ready to embark on a journey that takes you through the impact of human activities on the space around us. The film will inspire you to take action and make a difference in the world.

And on Saturday, April 8, we’re celebrating Easter with a special screening of “The Passion of the Christ” at 6 pm. This powerful film depicts the final hours of Jesus Christ’s life, and is a beautiful portrayal of the ultimate sacrifice made for humanity. Join us for a special evening that celebrates the spirit of Easter and the message of hope and redemption.
