Join PEEC for the New Mexico Outdoor Pass Insect & Bird Day at Los Luceros Historic Site at 9 a.m., Sunday, April 2. This exciting event features special guests from Audubon Southwest and New Mexico Wildlife Center. Families can enjoy a day of fun activities, games, and hands-on discovery. From 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. visitors can meet live bird ambassadors from the New Mexico Wildlife Center, and binoculars will be available to check out the wild birds that call Los Luceros home. This event is part of the New Mexico Outdoor Pass (NMOP), a FREE booklet with family community events where everyone gets rewarded for spending time outside.
