SALA Announces Events For All Ages This Week Including Showings Of ‘Shazam’

SALA Event Center in Los Alamos is thrilled to announce a week of exciting events that are sure to delight visitors of all ages. From Wednesday through Sunday, SALA will host a range of programs and movies, with something for everyone.

On Wednesday, the After School Program will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., providing kids with a chance to enjoy games on the big screen and arcade games. The talent contest, “Los Alamos Got Talent,” will also be held at the same time, and we encourage all elementary students to participate. In addition, the first-run movie “Shazam” will be screened at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

On Thursday, SALA will show the movie “The Glorias” as part of its Parallel Cinema program, themed “Women” in honor of International Women’s Month. There will also be showings of “Shazam” at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Friday will feature showings of “Shazam” at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Saturday morning will kick off with “PJ’s and Cartoons” at 9am, followed by showings of “Shazam” at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. To cap off the day, SALA will screen the classic movie “Erin Brockovich,” paying tribute to women’s courage.

On Sunday, there will be showings of “Shazam” at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
