PAC 8 NEWS RELEASE
PAC 8 is offering a “Drone Flying and Videography” class over Spring Break from 9 a.m. to noon April 3- April 6, for students aged 13-18. The class will be taught by Award Winning Director David Daniel and FAA Certified Remote Pilot Jean Gindreau. Students will learn drone safety and regulation, flying skills, flight maneuvers, how to capture film quality drone footage and basic video editing of footage in this course.

Thanks to a generous donations from the Los Alamos Teen Center, the class is free to the first six students who sign up for the class. Students MUST be (or become) a member of the Teen Center to participate in this class. Teen Center membership is free and limited to high school ages teens, grades 9-12 (or home school equivalent), who live in and/or attend school in Los Alamos County. Slots are limited.
