The Los Alamos Hilltopper Hockey Team closed out the end of year tournament in Santa Fe with a thrilling 4 to 2 victory over the Cibola Cougars. The final game of the season saw a couple of lead changes with the deciding goal coming in the third period, courtesy of senior Jake Sorenson. Sorenson had a hat trick on the afternoon and the game was sealed with an empty net goal by Wyatt Guffee.  Kameron Remde faced 31 shots, making 29 saves in the game. Remde saw a flurry of shots in the third period but he was up to the task.  Solid defense and an opportunistic offense helped to close out the win.
