Several county departments will be represented alongside Los Alamos organizations UNM-Los Alamos, Los Alamos Public Schools, Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce, Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation, the Los Alamos Historical Society, and Ski Pajarito.
All are invited to come to the Roundhouse located at 490 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. to learn more about what these organizations offer.
According to county officials, the day promises to be fun, with various planned activities. In addition to remarks by Los Alamos County Council Chair Denise Derkacs, those in attendance will be treated to special performances by Dance Arts Los Alamos (DALA) students. At noon, DALA’s advanced flamenco dancers, led by Lucilene de Geus, and advanced contemporary dancers, led by Jonathan Guise and Rachel Zervakos, will demonstrate their talent and skill.
