LOS ALAMOS CONCERT SERIES NEWS RELEASE

Known for their technical brilliance and lighthearted audience rapport, the Spanish Brass will perform a lively mix of Spanish, Latin-American, Baroque, and brass favorites.

Winners of the prestigious Ville de Narbonne Brass Quintet Competition in France, the ensemble was honored in 2020 with the Spanish National Music Award for outstanding contributions to Spanish culture. The ensemble has over 30 CDs to its credit.

Presented by the Los Alamos Concert Association, the performance will take place in the Duane Smith Auditorium at 1300 Diamond Drive on the campus of Los Alamos High School.

While State of New Mexico guidelines do not mandate masks for this performance, masks will be appreciated by many in the audience and social distancing in the large hall is encouraged.

Tickets ($35) are available electronically at www.losalamosconcert.org. Ticket outlets in Los Alamos include the Fuller Lodge Arts Center and Smith’s in Los Alamos and White Rock. Tickets to all LACA concerts are free for young people ages 6-18.
