COUNTY NEWS RELEASE
Traffic and Streets crews have closed Central Avenue due to a traffic accident that knocked down a traffic signal. The closure is from Knecht Street to 20th Street.
Vehicle and Pedestrian traffic are being detoured to Trinity Drive and to Canyon Road at 4th or 6th Streets.
The intersection of Central Ave at 15th Street is closed. The accident occurred in this vicinity. The intersection of Iris Street and Central is also closed.
Drivers are urged to slow down in this location and watch for detour signs, crews and for pedestrians.
