After debuting a new, modern look and redesigned website, Zia CU has announced the promotion of Laura Loy from Marketing and Business Development Manager to Vice President of Marketing/Business Development. This news comes in conjunction with Loy celebrating her three-year anniversary at the Credit Union.
With a non-profit background, Loy has a history of serving the families and communities of New Mexico. “Laura’s passion to help others, coupled with her expertise in non-profit marketing and community development, is why we felt this well-deserved promotion was the best next step for Laura’s career and for Zia Credit Union’s growth as a whole,” said Dwayne Herrera, Zia CU President and CEO. “With her help, our communities have learned about the Zia difference and due to that, we’ve grown to over $200 million in assets serving over 12,000 members. We are excited to see everything she will help us accomplish next!”
Having grown up in New Mexico, Loy’s passion for helping her community can be felt in all her initiatives at the Credit Union, as she understands the wants and needs of northern New Mexico residents.
