Los Alamos County Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously voted to approve the Final Plat for the proposed 85-home Arbolada subdivision at 659 San Ildefonso Road on North Mesa adding the following nine conditions:
1. Drainage pond maintenance as noted on Final Plat documents.
2. Right-of-way dedications as referenced on Final Plat documents.
3. Tract D2 shall maintain a connection to the walking easement at existing eastern adjacent subdivision as referenced on Final Plat documents.
4. All proposed open spaces on various Tracts shall be maintained by the applicant as noted on Final Plat documents.
5. Provide pedestrian crossing from south bus stop pull out to north bus stop as noted on Final Plat documents.
6. Roadways to meet all requirements of County roadways as noted on Final Plat documents.
7. Sidewalk width and design at driveways to meet all County requirements as noted on Final Plat documents.
8. Driveway grades to meet requirements of County Engineer as accepted by the Developer.
9. Provide street lighting at San Ildefonso Road intersections as indicated on Final Plat documents.
