Champions of Youth Ambitions understands this is a very busy time of year, so they have extended the deadline for Community Asset Award nominations until Monday, Dec. 26. Those who live, work or school in our community, can nominate anyone of any age that lives, works or schools to make the community of Los Alamos, a better place. Who goes above and beyond to make our community, feel like commUNITY? It doesn’t have to be volunteer work, maybe they provided delightful customer service, or saved the day. We need to know how and where to find them, what makes them wonderful and how they display the Community Asset philosophy of “Take A Second, Make A Difference.”
