Kiwanis Club of Los Alamos
The Kiwanis Club of Los Alamos would like to thank the community for the wonderful turnout at our Breakfast with Santa event which was held on Dec. 3 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church parish hall.
Almost 300 children got to meet with Santa and tell him their Christmas wishes. Each child received a gift bag and families had the opportunity to have photos taken. Families were treated to a continental breakfast with delicious bagels from Ruby Ks and donuts from Morning Glory Bakery. All were entertained with Christmas music courtesy of the Los Alamos Flute Ensemble.
A special thanks to the Del Norte Credit Union for their generous contribution to this popular and jolly holiday tradition, and to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for allowing us the use of their parish hall for the event.
