We are writing in support of Tim Bullock for Los Alamos County Magistrate Court Judge. Tim is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New Mexico and has substantial expertise as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. Tim has over 20 years of experience representing clients in a variety of situations and courts. He has brought multiple cases before the Colorado Supreme Court. In addition, he has presented oral arguments before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim is currently practicing civil law.
Our interactions with Tim have shown him to be personable and even tempered. He is easy to talk with and is a good listener. Our conversations with him have shown him to be a person who holds the Constitution in high regard and will be a Magistrate Court Judge who applies the law fairly and with respect for all involved. He has a reputation for communicating with counsel, jurors, witnesses and parties calmly and courteously. We know that Tim’s willingness to listen and develop decisions based upon reasoned analysis as well as his training and experience make him the most qualified candidate.
Tim Bullock is the most suited to serve as our next magistrate court judge. A vote for Tim Bullock will be a vote for the highest practices and standards.
