Deborah Flores, 61, of Los Alamos passed away August 8, 2022 following a short illness.

Deborah was born September 21, 1960 in El Centro, Calif. She graduated from El Centro High School. In 2002, she moved to Los Alamos with her husband Henry and family. She worked for many years for Los Alamos Transit and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, John Ritter and Marie Vigil McCain, as well as her siblings Aaron Ritter, Teresa Duncan, Susan Brewer and Loretta Sneidler.

She is survived by her husband Henry Flores, sons Mark “Tommy” (Nichole) Morrow and Alec Flores and daughter Ashley Flores, as well as grandchildren Bradley, Cody and Emma.

A celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at the Veterans of Foreign War, 1793 Deacon St., Los Alamos, at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022 with a meal to follow. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Deborah’s honor at http://bit.ly/Give2ACS.
