Ribs and corn are just two of the items on the Senor Tortas special buffet Thursday at their 1325 Trinity Drive location. The Fiesta, which runs until 7 p.m., includes live music by Bob Manzanares and Los Garcia Mariachi and beer and margaritas will be available. Items on the buffet include: Fried chicken, ribs, pork chops in chipotle sauce, fried fish, fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, tacos, beer fajitas, green chile chicken enchiladas, chile rellenos and dessert.
