Residents receive free disposal at the Eco Station and Overlook Collection Center on Saturday, August 20 by showing proof of Los Alamos County residency. Join us in our effort to make Los Alamos environmentally and eco friendly by collecting litter and beautifying our community.

Last year, 164 participants collected trash and brush around the Los Alamos and White Rock community. The Eco Station and Overlook Collection Center collected approximately 19.8 tons of solid waste and 185 residents utilized free disposal day.

Environmental Services, Environmental Sustainability Board and Zero Waste Los Alamos would like to thank our generous sponsors: Enterprise Bank & Trust, Zia Credit Union, Coca-Cola of Santa Fe, and Los Alamos County.
