James A. Brophy, 63 was arrested July 1 and charged with aggravated driwing while intoxicated – blood alcohol concentrarion of .18 or more.

Jesse Newton, 28, of White Rock was arrested July 2 and charged with operating a vehcle under the influence of alcohol – aggravated.
