Jemez Mountain Brewhouse Ribbon Cutting Set For Friday

The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the opening of the  Jemez Mountain Brewhouse with a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 1 at 11:00 a.m. at 17691 HWY 4  in the heart of Jemez Springs.

The four owners of the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse have close ties to Los Alamos. Jef Bold,  Scott Johnson, David Martinez, and Jef’s son Eben, all had the vision to create a social experience through the appreciation of craft beers and artisan pizzas, just up the road in Jemez  Springs.

“We here at the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse believe that you should treat your community like your family”, said owner Jef Bold. “That’s why we chose only the best ingredients, have the friendliest staff, and the tastiest beer in all the Land of Enchantment.”

Their handmade pizza dough has five simple ingredients: Caputo flour and yeast, imported from  Italy, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and our very own triple filtered Jemez spring water. They pride  themselves on their handmade sauce, a secret family recipe passed down and shared for over 30  years. They also offers gluten-free pizza with a cauliflower-based crust and vegan cheese and  toppings.

Join us for the ribbon cutting on Friday and follow the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse on Facebook  at, contact them at or call at (575) 829-4222.
