The National Weather Service has put a red flag warning in place for the entire state through 9 p.m. Saturday. Cerro Pelado Fire officials have asked the public to be safe with fire and observe all closures and fire restrictions during this critical fire weather. The public is also advised to remain alert and stay updated on weather conditions that may result in heavy rains and increased water runoffs as flash flooding may occur during heavy rain events.
