Elthea Chavez, 35, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested May 23 and charged with shoplifting $250-$300 and two outstanding warrants.

Anthony James Stroop, 48, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested May 23 and charged with concealing identity, accessort and a warrant from another jurisdiction.
