COUNTY NEWS RELEASE

Electric crews from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities will need to bring power down for an isolated section of Barranca Road due to a sparking power line. The outage should affect about six houses. The estimated restoration time in unknown. Wind may play a factor in determining when it is safe to bring the power back up.

Meanwhile, power is out at the Pajarito Mountain ski hill and will not be restored before the morning.
