Five-year old Scout Cleveland had a perfect prediction of 18:00 minutes in the weekly Atomic City Road Runners pace race held Tuesday on North Mesa on the trail next to the Rodeo Arena.  Other accurate predictors were:  11 year old Morgan Treat with a 4 second differential as well as the first female finisher on the 1 mile course at 10:04; Ryan Smeltzer was 7 seconds off; Teddy Atkins recorded a 8 second difference; and Roxana Candia was 17 seconds off.

On the 1 mile course 12 year old Diego Leonard was the best finisher with a time of 6:56.

Giacomo Capodaglio was the top finisher on the 3 mile course at 21:31 and Nikol Strother recorded a 22:30 for best female finisher.

Next week’s race will be held on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:00 p.m. on the Canada del Buey Trail in White Rock which starts just West of Chamisa Elementary School on Meadow Lane after turning left on Rover Boulevard from State Route 4 and then making the first left on to Meadow Lane. Both 1 and 3 mile courses will be available.
