Ella Rose O’Donnell, 25, of Albuquerque was arrested February 23 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Salvador Eduard Salais, 28, was arrested February 24 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor and open container.

Ryan Connor Strain, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested February 26 and charged with aggravated driwing while intoxicated – blood alcohol concentration .16 or more, open container and proof of financial responsibility.
