The FY2021 Annual Report from the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) has been published to the Los Alamos County website at https://ladpu.com/DPU21AnnualRpt.

A requirement under Article V of the Los Alamos County Charter, the report covers financials for each utility and the department as a whole. The Charter states it must be published by the DPU no later than 45 days after the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Incorporated County of Los Alamos is presented to the Los Alamos County Council.

In addition to balance sheets and financial analysis, the report also includes details on rates, departmental accomplishments, performance measures and more.

The DPU is a customer service-oriented municipal public utility that provides electric, gas, water and wastewater services for Los Alamos County residents and businesses, and provides wholesale electric and water services to the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).
