Steven Noe passed away unexpectedly at home on January 3, 2022, at the young age of 64. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Noe, his daughters, Amanda Smith and Ashley Noe, and his 3 grandchildren, Ella Smith, Andrew Smith, and Gabriel Noe. Steve was predeceased by his father William Noe and is also survived by his mother, Shirley Noe, and his siblings, Deborah Perra, Mark Noe, Maureen Tice, and Kathleen Grady.

He resided in El Rito, He was a lifelong adventurer living all over the United States including Massachusetts, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana. Steve worked for the Telegram & Gazette before serving in the United States Navy, where he was a storekeeper for 8 years. He also worked in many government agencies, assisting with clean-ups and natural disasters, including Hurricane Katrina. Most recently he took pride in working for the Los Alamos National Laboratories.

Steven also enjoyed family trips to Cape Cod for seafood, walks around the arroyos in New Mexico, reading about pirates and cowboys, and naps with his dogs and cats. Steven was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. His charm, humor, sincerity, and sarcasm will be greatly missed. COVID will postpone his burial until a later date.
