COUNTY NEWS RELEASE

Residents and businesses in the areas around Trinity between  Oppenheimer and Sandia, including western area, are without power this morning. The ski hill is  also dark. 

Electric linemen from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities have been dispatched and  are investigating. They will try to separate the ski hill for repairs and bring the areas in the  townsite back up first. 

Safety is always DPU’s top priority in efforts to bring power back.
