Los Alamos County Library System Hosts Winter Carnival Of Reading

Los Alamos County Library System is hosting a reading challenge  for all ages that runs now through Jan. 31, 2022. Come one, come all to the Winter Carnival  of Reading!  

Participants will read books and complete fun activities to earn virtual badges and prizes. Every  participant to complete the challenge will receive a free book! In addition, three grand prizes will  be awarded in the following categories: Youth, Teen, and Adult. 

To participate, visit Beanstack to log into your account or create a new one. This free digital  platform is accessible via LosAlamosLibrary.org, or as a free app from the App Store or Google  Play. Once logged in, find the Winter Carnival of Reading Challenge, and start logging your  reading and activities. To finish the challenge, complete ten hours of reading and four activities.  

This program is generously made possible by Friends of Los Alamos County Libraries, a 501©3  nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the staff and services of the Los Alamos County  Library System.
