Officials with the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities advise that its office, including the Customer Care Center, located at 1000 Central Ave., Suite 130, will close during the lunch hour on Friday, Dec. 3.  To celebrate the holidays, the department is holding a drive-through appreciation luncheon for its employees between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.   

“We thank our customers for their understanding, and we wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season,” said Utilities Manager Philo Shelton.
