James Carroll, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested November on a Magistrate Court warrant.

April M. Rivera, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested November 5 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – failure to submit to chemical testing.

Samuel Noberto Herrera, 34, of Santa Fe was arrested November 8 on a District Court warrant.
