Greetings From Capt. Billy Cooper On 246th Birthday Of U.S. Marine Corps

Greetings from U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Billy Cooper, right, on the 246th birthday of the Marine Corps and the eve of Veterans Day. Cooper graduated from Los Alamos High School in 2011 and the University of New Mexico in 2015. He currently serves as a pilot in command of an MV-22B Osprey (with his name on it!) patrolling the East China Sea, based in Okinawa, Japan and on the USS America.
