Leroy Thomas Campos, 25, of La Madera was arrested October 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Desiree Veronica Byrd, 47, of Los Alamos was arrested October 31 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated and speeding.
