Matthew Prather, 45, of Los Alamos was arrested August 11 and charged with battery against a household member.

Michael S. Kowalszyk, 32, or Tierra Azul was arrested August 12 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Jacob Adam Garcia, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated.

Maxine Nam, 19. Los Alamos was arrested August 14 and charged with battery against a household member.

Destiny Nicole Atkinson, 34, of Espanola was arrested August 15 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, open container and unlawful use of a license while privilege has suspended or revoked.
