The annual Los Alamos Fair & Rodeo is taking place this weekend, with the parade marching down Central Avenue at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 14. The 2021 theme is “On the Road Again,” with parade judges Los Alamos County Councilor David Reagor, Los Alamos High School Principal Carter Payne and Nambe Drugs Pharmacist Melissa Roybal. This year’s parade, organized by Los Alamos MainStreet and Los Alamos Creative District, is sponsored by Los Alamos County and Enterprise Bank & Trust. 

Other activities later in the day include a grand opening of the Los Alamos Schools Credit Union Co-Op Park, County Fair at Ashley Pond Park, Arts & Crafts Fair at Fuller Lodge Lawn, Exhibits at Mesa Public Library, Rodeo at Brewer Arena on North Mesa, a Cowboy Dinner & Dance, and more.
