Louie A. Torres, 54, of Petaca was arrested July 28 and charged with unlawful use of a license: driving when privilege to do so has been suspended or revoked.

Qing Miao, 57, of Los Alamos was arrested July 28 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Alonso Gomez-Diaz, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested August 3 on two warrants from another jurisdiction.
