Car From Saturday Morning Crash On Diamond Raised To Roadway By Towing Company Crane

A car that crashed through a fence early Saturday morning and ended up distance below the roadway is raised by a crane truck owned by Anaya’s Roadrunner Wrecker Service of Santa Fe on Sunday afternoon. The driver was airlifted to Albuquerque and the passenger was taken to Los Alamos Medical Center. Los Alamos Police Officers Sgt. Tim Lonz and Cpl. David Boe were on hand duriing the lifting operation Sunday afternoon. The crash, the second one on this stretch of Diamond Drive in just over two months, is still under investigation.
