James R. McDonald, 56, of Clovis was arrested July 7 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated.

Richard Lynn Rolston, 60, of Los Alamos was arrested July 9 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Juan Jose Robert Abeyta, 64, of Albuquerque was arrested July 10 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence with blood alcohol level at .16 or more, roadway laned for traffic and minimum speed regulations.
