The White Rock Baptist Church Youth Group is holding a garage sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 10 to raise funds for New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home in Portales.

Founded in 1919, the New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home is the longest continuously operating residential childcare facility in New Mexico. Its goal is to make a difference in the lives of children entrusted to its care and to encourage each child to become a well-adjusted and responsible individual while guiding their growth physically, mentally, spiritually and socially.
