HOPE PREGNANCY CENTER NEWS
HOPE Pregnancy Center has relocated to an interim space and continues to serve our community through remote parent mentoring, material assistance porch-drops and take-home pregnancy tests.
HOPE has moved to an interim space at 3500 Trinity Drive, Suite B-1, while seeking a new long-term location. Clients are still receiving remote parent mentoring and check-ins through phone calls and video chats, material assistance through porch-drops and pick-up appointments, take-home pregnancy tests and referrals to other community resources as needs arise.
“As most individuals in our community are aware, commercial property is difficult to find in Los Alamos, especially properties that are suitable for direct client services,” stated Kim Ferguson, Executive Director of HOPE. “Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, client needs have increased. Over the past year, HOPE has seen an increase in requests for parent mentoring services and material assistance. As our community continues to open post-COVID, we hope to find a property that is an asset to the mission of HOPE and is safe and accessible for our clients, staff and volunteers.”
HOPE is still accepting donations at the interim location. Donations can be dropped off at 3500 Trinity Drive, Suite B-1 on Wednesdays between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm or by calling 505-662-2300 to make an appointment. HOPE’s new mailing address is PO Box 1320, Los Alamos, NM 87544.
