FLACL NEWS

Welcome back to the Friends Bookstore. We will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as long as COVID-19 safety is maintained and the County and state allow non-essential businesses to remain open. We ask for the public’s help to ensure we can continue to operate by following all of the current coronavirus safety precautions.

Currently, the Bookstore has an occupancy rating of two customers at a time so please be patient. Customers are asked to keep their amount of time shopping to 15 minutes so others can shop as well.

Donations will only be accepted while the store is open on Saturday and please keep your donations limited to a single bag per visit. We have limited space available for quarantine and they must be quarantined before selling. Free items in the lobby will NOT be allowed so please refrain from bringing in old encyclopedias and magazines. Please call the Bookstore at (505) 662-2188 or go to the website at FLACL.org if you need to arrange for large donation alternatives.

The Friends of Los Alamos County Libraries is excited to resume sells to raise funds for our outstanding County library services we’ve all come to enjoy and appreciate. If we all do our part, the Friends Bookstore will be able to increase store hours and continue to serve.
