Henri Jacques Arthur Racine, 18, of Santa Fe was arrested May 27 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of a drug, open container, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and parking in a designated disabled space.

Hanako Saiz, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested June 1 and charged with battery against a household member.
