Los Alamos County Council has voted to approve a wholesaler liquor license for Los Alamos Beer Cooperative doing business as Bathtub Row Brewing Cooperative.

County Manager Harry Burgess noted that the purpose of the new license is primarily to allow sales of the Cooperative’s product to local restaurants in a canned form so that it can be served there. A wholesaler permit is required to be able to do that.

The application was preliminarily approved by the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Division and had been reviewed by both the Los Alamos Police Department and the County Community Development Department.

Bathtub Row Brewing Cooperative is located at 163 Central Park Square.
