David and Loretta Apel are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jordan, to Bryan Rayos-Ruiz, son of Socorro Varela and Pioquinto Ruiz, Jr. The bride to be is a graduate of Los Alamos High School and the groom to be is a graduate of Albuquerque and has served in the Army National Guard for nine years.
