LOS ALAMOS GARDEN CLUB NEWS

The Los Alamos Garden Club presented three $25-$30 awards following the Los Alamos Public Schools 2021 virtual Science and Technology Fair.  Anna Saenz, a fifth grader at Chamisa Elementary School, won an award for her project “Birds of New Mexico”.  Maya Somasekharanm, a fifth grader at Mountain Elementary School, won an award for her project on “Moldy Foods”.  Anna Kerstiens, a fifth grader at Barranca Mesa Elementary School, won an award for her project “What Liquids Grow Mold Faster.”  The Garden Club congratulates these young people on their hard work and success.
