Arturo Houston, 38, of Espanola was arrested March 4 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Jessica Leticia Mendez, 25, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested March 6 on a warrant from another jurisdiction, and charged with shoplifting $250-$2,500, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing her identity.
