Family Strengths Network is hosting a Zoom presentation from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday featuring Kate Cleveland on “How to Not be a Loaf on the Couch”.
Does this pandemic situation have you feeling like a loaf on the couch? You are not alone. Pandemic fatigue, winter blahs, cabin fever, and so . . . much . . . togetherness. It can all be very draining, both physically and mentally. Things are out of whack in many ways and trying to tackle all of the things at once is overwhelming and just downright hard.
The good news is that tiny habits and baby steps are much easier to swallow, especially right now. Join us Tuesday where Kate Cleveland will give a short lesson on the how and the why of habit formation. She will present some of the science and some easy-to-implement ideas and ways to increase overall health and happiness, given the current circumstances.
Kate is a Certified Health Coach and creator of Kiss Your Food, where she helps families build and keep habits to increase physical, mental, social, and emotional health.
