Kali Jessica Roybal, 29, of Los Alamos was arrested February 6 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joey Martinez. 28, of Los Alamos was arrested February 8 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
