Notifications for senior COVID vaccinations have been sent to individuals to schedule their appointments. Los Alamos County Social Services Department would like to share some clarifying instructions to avoid confusion and frustration when scheduling your appointment:

• Do not check the box stating “Yes, I have an event code”
• Do not enter your unique code in the “Event Code” field

Individuals only need to select the time of appointment that is available. If an event code is entered, the website will produce an error and will not allow you to proceed with scheduling your appointment.
